Murgh Aloo Korma is a mouth-watering dish cooked using chicken, yogurt, deep fried potatoes, coconut and almond paste, and a melange of whole and ground spices. the flavor of this delectable dish, add fresh cream while preparing the gravy. This will improve the texture of this chicken recipe, and also accentuate the flavors. easy non-vegetarian recipe. can be cooked for special occasions. Ingredients:750 gm chicken 1 2 kg curd 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp dhania powder 1 2 tsp red chili powder 1 tbsp korma masala 1 4 tsp haldi powder 1 t so ginger garlic paste 4-5 onion sliced 2 cloves 1 cinnamon stick 3-4 black peppercorns 3-4 green cardamoms 1 2 tsp jaefel javeri powder 1 tsp black zeera 1 tbsp kewra water 1 cup Ghee 2 potatoes diced Instructions: Fry onions in ghee until golden brown and crispy and keep aside after crushing it. In a pot,add ghee, garam masalas and fry a little Add chicken ginger garlic paste. Now add all spices, potatoes and 1 glass water. In a bowl take curd,add crushed brown onions and korma masala and mix well. Add this mixture in the chicken cooking. Let this cook on slow flame until chicken and potatoes are down and oil separates. Sprinkle jaefel javetri powder
